Always a pleasant experience. Jay Wolfe Toyota has the most professional and enjoyable staff. I especially like my guy, Kyle Owens! But everyone is great there! I'll be back. Female Friendly Dealership? NO They advertise themselves as being a female friendly dealership. No not really. If men understood their sexism, the sexism wouldn't exist. What they h They advertise themselves as being a female friendly dealership. No not really. If men understood their sexism, the sexism wouldn't exist. What they have here is a male version of Female Friendly but in reality it would have to be run by women to truly be so. To be fair the salesman was fine but the rest of the dealership was pretty much status quo. The male we know what we are doing just you trust us little lady familiar bs. In the end I was right and they owed me a refund. I strongly suggest that no woman ever try to deal with any dealership without a token man which she brings along. Maybe 50- 100 yrs from now society will advance enough that it won't be necessary. And to be fair I am biased against dealerships. I prefer other methods of buying cars. More

We were outside in the back lot and just looking at the 4Runners and saw a guy running passed us. He turns around and asked we've been helped and we told him not yet. He literally was running and stopped what he was doing to see what we were interested in. He explained quickly which 4Runners had what equipment and mentioned that he was getting a vehicle for another customer and promised he'll be right back. Not only was he hot that day but he fulfilled his promise and came back "running." We really didn't realize how big there lot was but he really took care of us. We went through options and trims and he totally gave me the attention that others never gave us. The salesman also put things in a prespective of ways that makes sense and understand, that as a woman I totally appreciated because he mentioned that he's a parent as well. So we promised him, that we'll be back and speak to no one but him. Thank You sir and we'll see you again soon. More
Coupon incentives are useless. If you're going there to use coupons for an oil change - go somewhere else. They don't accept them. I even registered my email for an additional $10 off service coupon- The adviser, stopped me mid sentence and in a rude manner told me that they are giving the best price the dealership offers. The car wash is ok. The windshield was still dirty. My adviser told me they lost the multipoint inspection report. I won't say not to go there, but other places have a better deal on oil changes and similar small service. More

Drive Drove 3 hours from Indiana t look at a 2005 Corvette. Description of the car said It had head-up display (HUD). And It did, It just didn't work. Driver's side visors vanity mirror was broken. When asked If they fix or compensate I was told that the person In charge of that was off (Naturally) and I could call them the next day. I went ahead and bought the car because, 1. I took the day off work, 2. I had my Daughter drive me all the way over there and I was not going to waste her time & mine. I called the next day and was told (Here's the shocker) There's was nothing they could do since I got the car at such a great deal (Please). This dealership (As far as used vehicles goes) Is just another car lot willing to tell you anything just to make the sell and get your money. More

We have had 3 key issues that demonstrate our dissatisfaction (all within the first few months of buying the car): 1. It started with a chip and small windshield crack that we could not see the day we bought the car as it was covered by snow just outside the wiper reach. We reported it the next business day and wanted the windshield replaced, but they only filled it. The first warm day, the windshield cracked substantially. Jay Wolfe wanted almost $800 to replace the windshield. We had it replaced elsewhere for under $400. 2. They did not send us the title for well over a month, causing us to have to pay a fine at the DMV. We called Jay Wolfe Toyota several times during this period and were directed to many different voicemails. Our calls were not returned. 3. The fog lights came on randomly at night, even though they were turned off--killing the battery. Apparently this electrical problem is not covered by the "bumper-to-bumper" warranty. They even wanted to charge us for diagnostics. We repaired it elsewhere. Jay Wolfe Toyota, we won't spend another penny with you. More

Answering the phone while waiting on a customer Kevin Kettinger is find, no issue with him at all. However, it is irritating to a customer who is present to have to wait while the service rep ans Kevin Kettinger is find, no issue with him at all. However, it is irritating to a customer who is present to have to wait while the service rep answers the phone to speak with a random call in from a potential customer and have him deal with that person, which, in this case was about 10 or more minutes. In his defense, he needed some information from me before he could continue working with me, and I could have gotten that, (actual milage on the car). So he couldn't proceed with me because the car was in transit to the shop. So he took the call. After he got off the phone, he told me he couldn't proceed till he had the milage. I called my wife, got it in a moment, and he continued on. Had I known, I would have gotten that right away and told him, and, all we would have to do then was wait for her arrival. If he took a call then, I would have understood of course, we would have just been waiting. (unless of course if she would have arrived and he was on the phone again for a long while). I once met with a gentleman that was trained personally by Dale Carnegie, master of human behavior. He said that once they were checking in to a hotel and during the process, the front desk took not 1, or 2, but 3 calls from other people and made Dale wait while he was checking in. On the 4th call, Dale reached over and didn't allow the clerk to take the call, saying, "I'm a customer that is here, why don't you wait on me rather than people that aren't here." That story has stuck with me, and I have always followed that advice with my clients. The person that is present is the one that is the most important, and they sense that. Maybe your customer service people are trained to do what he did, but, for the customer that is present, it doesn't leave a good impression. I felt brushed aside. Hope that helps. More
Did not disappoint as always Friendly and courteous staff. Did not make you feel that they're only nice because of the business you bring in. Speaking of the service we needed, i Friendly and courteous staff. Did not make you feel that they're only nice because of the business you bring in. Speaking of the service we needed, it was only for an emissions test at this time. But yet we were treated like we were special people. We appreciate that! They are genuinely caring. I hope you share this message to everyone so they'll continue to be just that, special appreciation to the ladies at the cafe/lounge area and Mark Hurt. The free car wash is a very nice perk! Overall every time we bring in the 4Runner for services, we were always treated with courtesy.and that the staff at Jay Wolfe appreciates us. More
