These guys as a team worked magic and made it happen. The follow up service was then amazing. I had car dealership paper work, they made it so I just walked in signed and out in less than 3 minutes. Seem like nobody wanted to help me when I approached the service desks through the sliding door nobody will acknowledge that you are there. This happened when I dropped off and picked up my car. You walk through the door and awkwardly stand there until someone at a computer finally acknowledges you. This took almost 2 minutes each time and it wasn’t as if it was really busy. Their were several people at computers without customers. Everybody acted like they were to busy to help me. if I wasn’t getting free maintenance on my new car I wouldn’t come back. More

This also happened to be my first time buying a used car and after reading MANY horror stories, I was a bit wary of the idea. Because I generally dislike shopping of all kinds, I try to come in prepared and knowing what I want straight away so I can leave as soon as possible. On top of that, I had very little time to try to get a car because I was only in town for a few days. This was the first place that didn't try to talk me into anything else, and did not in any way waste my time; I cannot tell you how much I appreciated that. Darrion Bogan did an exceptional job being straightforward with me and providing more than enough information about the used car to make an informed decision. The communication was always clear and there was no sales speak. Billy Morton did a great job of going through the paper work with me- which was easier and faster than I'd ever done it. Every single person I came in contact with was friendly, professional and easygoing. There was no harassment, pressure or flirting (thank Gaawwwd) this go around. I'm so glad I took a chance on this dealership. I'm happy with my purchase (900 miles in with no problems) and my experience. More
