Exceptional Service Yesterday my wife and I went to Jay Wolfe Toyota of West Country to look at the new 2019 RAV4 Hybrid. We were greeted at the door by Joe Fuson, a sale Yesterday my wife and I went to Jay Wolfe Toyota of West Country to look at the new 2019 RAV4 Hybrid. We were greeted at the door by Joe Fuson, a salesman we had met last fall when we were tentatively looking. Joe was warm and cordial. He sat us down and went over what he had in stock and the purchase options (rebates and discounts). He also made sure he understood what we were looking for in the way of options. He asked us to sit for a about 10 minutes while he went back to get a vehicle for us to look at. He soon pulled around front with a new silver RAV4 XLE Hybrid that had just been driven off the truck and still had all of the plastic protectors on the roof and wheel covers. We sat down in the car and Joe got in the back seat. He proceeded to explain the vehicle control layouts and displays, answering our questions as he went along. Then it was time for a test drive. The vehicle was outstanding in comfort. It had lots of "zip" for getting around in traffic and felt stable in turns and over bumps. We were sold! on returning to the dealership, Joe had us fill out some paperwork for loan application and then introduced us to Omar Elsoueissi in the finance department. Omar walked us through the loan and additional package options. He made sure we thoroughly understood the paperwork and got us processed. Omar was fantastic in explaining the loan. When we finished there, our vehicle was ready to go in about 15 minutes. Mike Bozzi, the Sales Manager, made it a point to come over and thank us for our business and told us if we couldn't get to Joe for assistance after the sale, talk to him. We highly recommend the folks at Jay Wolfe Toyota! More

The moment you step into the modern showroom, you will be greeted by salesman that really care and that will listen and take care of you. Our salesman, Mike, was beyond fantastic. As we waited for some papers to be processed, we enjoyed free lunch in the Bistro (and warm chocolate chip cookies). After paperwork was finished, we met with Mike, the finance person (who was our salesman in 2012). Mike is very thorough and will help you find the best financing tailored to your needs.
