Found great truck online I found a nice truck online. I communicated with Austin via email (he was prompt to reply) all week until we were able to make the 2 hour drive to th I found a nice truck online. I communicated with Austin via email (he was prompt to reply) all week until we were able to make the 2 hour drive to the dealership. Test drive went well. Not happy with the trade-in evaluator/estimator. He took quite a while and then low-balled the value, so we didn't accept trade. (Sold on our own for an additional $4,000, so worth loosing the sales tax savings on a trade-in.) Austin was very straightforward and pleasant. They must have been busy because we waited a long time to see the finance guy. He was efficient once we got to see him. NOTE: nice floor mats were included, but where in the truck bed. There were holes drilled in the truck bed presumably for an LP fuel tank, that we didn't notice since the mats were hiding them. Coincidence? We would deal with Belzer again if a good vehicle presented itself. Just know it can take awhile once onsite. More
