Overall a decent experience I bought a new Chevy Impala about a month ago from Belzer’s. It was a loaner car so I did not expect everything to be perfect but they sold it as new I bought a new Chevy Impala about a month ago from Belzer’s. It was a loaner car so I did not expect everything to be perfect but they sold it as new not pre owned or used so my expectations were still high, ultimately it was a good deal and a good car. There were a few hiccups such as it not being serviced properly before leaving the lot, a rock chip in the hood that I missed because there was lots of snow and water spots on the vehicle. They “fixed” the chip and it looks better but I’ll still notice where it was, granted it was free so I guess you get what you pay for. Scotty in sales was very good, the accessories department was also very good and not pushy like I expected. The business person I dealt with was very pushy about an extended warranty that I didn’t want/couldn’t afford but I guess that’s to be expected as well. I still wish I went to a dealership closer to home but this was a good deal and a decent experience so I can’t complain too much. More
