Bizarre I don't know how to rate this dealership if I have to rate this dealership on making a good deal I would give them five stars other than making a deal I don't know how to rate this dealership if I have to rate this dealership on making a good deal I would give them five stars other than making a deal I would probably have to give them no stars I stopped in on April 30th and made a trade for my 2017 Ram to a 2019 Ram we made an agreement on a price which was very reasonable and acceptable we both agreed to the price the salesperson the sales manager and myself I decided to take the deal and I told them I had to empty the equipment out of my trade in pick up they would not allow me to take the vehicle back to my shop to empty the equipment out they said I had to make the deal immediately to remind you I agreed to pay $13,500 for a difference and give them my 2017 Ram but they would not allow me to go back to my shop and empty my truck out so I could bring them an empty truck and receive my new truck along with giving them $13,500 they actually let me leave the dealership without making the deal again this was the most bizarre thing I have ever encountered so I ended up trading with another dealership for $900 more but they're allowing me to empty my vehicle out and bring the vehicle back to trade it in in a couple days overall their price was very reasonable but their common sense was completely insane I called back and tried to get in touch with the sales manager Adam to make sure they didn't want my money but they never did return my call so again I ended up giving $900 more to Nelson Auto Center in Fergus Falls who were absolutely appreciative of my money I'm very sorry then this deal went so bizarre and I've used the word bizarre three times in this review and I very seldom use it but it was crazy More

I’ve been having conversations with 3 other dealerships. Heidi’s knowledge of the Rams was far beyond any other sales rep at the other dealerships. I am someone who loves cars and loves to know all I can about them. Heidi matched that knowledge and was a big decision as to why we went with Belzer. Kasey was also great to work with, fast energetic and knowledgeable. But took the time to answer any questions and run through multiple scenarios. All in all a great experience! Thank you! 36 month lease Went to Jeff Belzer as my lease was about to expire.
