ABOVE AND BEYOND Where do I begin? My husband and I decided to go and look at one specific truck at Jeff Belzers. We did not go to actually buy a vehicle as we were lo Where do I begin? My husband and I decided to go and look at one specific truck at Jeff Belzers. We did not go to actually buy a vehicle as we were looking around at multiple dealerships. As we live greater than 45 mins from the dealership we reached out online to see if the specific truck we wanted to look at was still available. 5 mins from the dealership we received a call from Michael Abri and he stated he would have the truck ready for a test drive. When we arrived at the dealership my husband went in and asked for Michael and my husband was test driving the truck within minutes. This is how my husband likes it. No fuss no hassle...ready to go! My husband liked the truck but unfortunately the bank did not want to finance. But I can say how hard both Michael and Matt Moore worked to get the approval. As I was working with Michael inside my husband drove around the dealership and found another truck he liked. I informed Michael which truck my husband liked and he told Matt [finance specialist] immediately to start working on a new loan application. Keys were given to test drive and my husband fell in love. Remind you we went initially NOT to purchase and within a couple hours we left with our new truck. We could not be happier with the customer service Michael provided. He was exceptional at his job. VERY caring, understanding and hardworking! I would recommend ALL car purchases be made through him. It was a GREAT experience even though we did not get the news we wanted right away but with the hard work and drive that was put in for us, we were able to drive out with a vehicle. I WILL be returning to purchase from Jeff Belzers with the assistance of Michael Abri and Matt Moore again. More
