When my wife and I arrived car was out front and ready to look at, Donny went thru features of the car and answered our questions. We went for test drive . When we got back to dealership Donny got someone to give an appraisal on our trade And came back with an offer for purchase, we agreed on a price. Signed the final sales and transaction papers, went to delivery where a person went thru and showed us function and feature of all components. The whole sales experience went smoothly, all employees were polite and listened to any questions we had.
