Sales person couldn't answer even basic questions I tried to buy a new Dodge Durango on Saturday, March 30th. Can't remember my sales person's name, but it was the worst experience I've had in a while I tried to buy a new Dodge Durango on Saturday, March 30th. Can't remember my sales person's name, but it was the worst experience I've had in a while. The guy had almost zero product knowledge and couldn't answer the most basic questions about trim level. When I figured out what I really wanted in terms of features--he told me they didn't have a Durango like that--only I later figured out his dealership had 2 in stock. Sales guy got high pressure and acted like I was wasting his time. I walked away. A few days later I bought a new Durango from a competing dealership--they couldn't quite match the price, but came within $250. So, Belzer is likely to have the biggest selection of Durangos in MN, but they have at least one terrible salesperson who couldn't demonstrate even the most basic product knowledge. More

I was probably the worst customer ever. I didn’t know what I wanted and drove about 12 different cars. But Heidi stuck with me until I found exactly what I wanted. And called to check in a few days after I purchased the truck to check in. I will definitely be back to buy the next one and I’ve told a bunch of my friends who are in the market for a new vehicle. More

Very pleasant and likeable. During down times waiting for the process to move forward we had very nice conversations about many topics. Jeff gives salesman a good name. Ok customer service I'm giving this 5 stars because i truly believe the potential is there but my experience was a solid four star. Most of the purchasing of my vehic I'm giving this 5 stars because i truly believe the potential is there but my experience was a solid four star. Most of the purchasing of my vehicle was done over the phone which really helped once I was there in person. However, that is where they lost a star. I feel because the deal was already done and all i had to do was sign papers the customer service lacked. Granted it was a weekend, but still. Everybody was polite and helpful but the urgency of securing me as a customer was gone as was the. Importance of ensuring a positive experience all the way through. A follow-up call was made to me a couple of days later but I felt that was to ensure a good review. The end of the deal became more about this review then the sale of the car. I would buy from them again but as of right now im not sure i can say I would specifically look at there dealership first. My recommendation would be to be polite and helpful without forcing this review down the customer's throat. I almost didn't complete it but they do deserve the four stars and I would not tell anyone to stay away, just didn't feel very important as a customer once the deal was 3/4 done. More
