Bob- was such a nice guy and has a great personality. Made us feel very comfortable with driving 5 hours to come get this car sight unseen. He also has a good sense of humor and was easy to talk with. We hate pushy sales people so since Bob is the exact opposite of that he was perfect! Austin- we appreciated all of his help to get the car cleaned out (brought us bags for our stuff) and even made sure we got out of the lot ok since the gates were locked. He also worked har me to get off our plate when the bolts were rusted. He was such a nice young man! Nate- Very easy going personality made us feel comfortable. He also was a good sport with our antsy 2 year old. We appreciate how well he took rejection since we couldn’t purchase extra packages since we are from out of state and it wouldn’t be possible to drive in for the added benefits. (Sorry Nate!) Mike- was very thorough and we appreciated how he gave our 2 year old paper and markers to play with while he went over things! We also appreciate how he was willing to try and get our rusted plates off even though he was on crutches!!! We are sorry we kept everyone so late, but we appreciate being taken care of so well, and my husband loves his new car!!! More
