The pricing blew every other quote I had gotten elsewhere totally away. After a short waite talked to accessory dept. and then to a short stint in the finance office to finish things up. After we worked through my trade the experience continued as I was walked around with a young man who made sure I got to finance and then done where he jumped on getting my truck ready by helping the detail crew get done as quickly as possible. Terrible experience from the start We had an appointment ready to purchase a truck. The sales person was with an unexpected customer when we got there. He tried to do two deals at once We had an appointment ready to purchase a truck. The sales person was with an unexpected customer when we got there. He tried to do two deals at once and failed miserably. We went over 20 minutes at a time with no one to talk to. The waiting area was disgusting and dirty. In writing we had a price, they "could not get that low". We were there for over 2 hours, they unsuccessfully scammed us, and we left with no vehicle. Beyond bad customer service and they do not hold to their word. You will get played if you try and purchase from here. Scam artists at its finest. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone, not even my worst enemy. More
