Wayne, it is unfortunate that there was an issue with the battery in your RAM. The warranty covers a tow to the closest dealership to your location as well as the parts and labor. In your case we were not the nearest dealership. The warranty ensured that no costs were incurred by you to resolve this issue. If the faulty battery had been detected prior to purchase it would have been replaced. We understand your frustration about the situation and if you have any additional concerns please do not hesitate to contact your Sales Consultant or our Dodge Managers for further assistance.

Like dealer said where I had it fixed . The batteries were both shorted. You would of had to jump start truck . You just run truck hoping the batteries would charge . Noted by 2 hours on idle meter on truck . With only 38 miles on truck there wouldn't be 2 hour meter. Then no one called me back after I called to tell you problem. When I talk to sale man he also said I will call you back still no call backs after reading the bad reviews you get I see your answer is to say your sorry, that don't make good customer service !! The good news is you sold another truck but lost a customer
