When it was time for me to buy a car, my boyfriend suggested going back to Jeff Belzer's and meet with the staff there because he thought the service was excellent. So, that's what we did. We went to see Alex and after talking to him, and seeing how dedicated he was at working to put me in a vehicle, I was impressed. I was still a bit nervous about the whole process since I had credit issues, but he helped put my mind at ease. I did drive away with a brand new vehicle, low monthly payments, and a great impression of the staff at Belzer. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who thinks they can't get a new car. Alex worked hard to get me what I wanted, along with Don Hultinen, who worked hard to find the best financing deal for me. Thanks guys! Sent the guy a email and his response was oh it is no big deal this happens all the time he says. Do not fall into their trap. They play a numbers game and try to confuse and con you. I will never buy there again and will continue to warn as many people as possible. More

Excellent Customer Service in an Emergency I had a major break down as I was leaving the airport in Minneapolis to travel four hours back to my home in Iowa with my three children. I contacted I had a major break down as I was leaving the airport in Minneapolis to travel four hours back to my home in Iowa with my three children. I contacted Belzer's and reached Jason Lanigan. Customer service sometimes seems to be a lost art these days, but not with Jason! I had several phone calls with him before getting my van to the dealership. Unfortunately my van could not be driven, but Jason got me in a courtesy vehicle and on my way home. He made several phone calls to my husband and I to explain the problem and the options for fixing the van. Charlie, the mechanic who worked on the van, was excellent too! I was able to drive the courtesy car until I returned a few days later to get the van. From start to finish Jason was there to answer any questions and to make sure the kids and I were able to get home. I cannot say enough about the excellent service and customer service I received. I highly recommend this dealership! More
