Jeff Belzer's Lakeville

I had spent quite a bit of time researching 2014 Kia Souls online before finding Jeff Belzer's. I went to a couple of other dealerships closer to home and was not impressed with their pricing, their sal Souls online before finding Jeff Belzer's. I had a few emails with Zach Anderson and spoke with him on the phone. I felt he was very honest and up front about everything and I decided to work with him, even though the dealership was quite a drive from my home. He is a great guy to work with! The entire process was so easy and painless working with Zach and the rest of the team. Everyone was so friendly and made you feel right at home. Tim made the financing portion very easy to understand and worked quickly to ensure we didn't spend our whole day waiting around. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anybody for their sales and their customer service. Zach is a 10 in my book and I love my new Kia! More

They sold me a lemon. My 2007 Hyundai Sonata had to have a new engine, $5000, in less than a year after purchase. Granted it was a used car. But that being said it should not have thrown a rod at 56000 mi a new engine, $5000, in less than a year after purchase. Granted it was a used car. But that being said it should not have thrown a rod at 56000 miles. It seems that this is not an uncommon occurrence with the model. Oh and the clutch had to be replaced also. Less than a month after buy it a service engine light came on, $200. More

I brought in a picture and description of the vehicle I wanted to test drive. Eric Hehr was my salesperson; I was his first sale on his first day at the dealership. We called them regarding a truck we saw on car soup, we contacted the dealership, even went to test drive it. Offered a small amount less then their listed price, they said they would have to get approval contacted the dealership, even went to test drive it. When we didn't hear from them after an hour we called and left a message. After 3 more hours we called and left a message again. finally 2 hours later they called and said they not only could not take $400 off, the price was actually $2000 MORE than the price that was discussed. Supposedly because of some trade allowance we didn't qualify for that they claim was noted on their website. Whether it is or not is beside the point, it was not noted on the car soup ad that listed the vehicle at a price that was comparable and closer to what the vehicle was worth. This is not only wrong, it is illegal to advertise a price and not honor it. More

Zach Anderson was the most committed, caring, FUN salesperson I have ever dealt with in purchasing a new vehicle.
