Jeff Belzer's New Prague

2010 Dodge Grand Caravan has problems, less that 1,500 miles This car looked great when I bought it - within 200 miles I needed an alignment on the tires. The car started not to start properly, sometime it start This car looked great when I bought it - within 200 miles I needed an alignment on the tires. The car started not to start properly, sometime it starts, sometime it does not with out taking the key fob out and trying again. The brake light came on, I checked, it had no brake fluid. Now the check engine light is on and the car won't go into the economy mode. I have had the electrical system checked and the battery and alternator are good. The dealer won't do anything because it's over 150000 miles. When I bought it it had just over 152000 miles on it, More work needed at 153,000 needed. Nice salesman, not so nice dealership. Update: The dealership has called and will be working with me to find the source of the check engine problem. I would also like to see the economy mode work but knowing that there is no major problem causing the check engine fault . The starting problem is so intermittent that I'm not worrying about it at this time. Another update:I think the car has gremlins! After driving a mile, leaving the car for 10 minutes, I turned the car back on, the check engine light was off and the ecno feature is working again. I can't hold the dealership responsible for something so random. The alignment, brake fluid problem and the starting issues still cause me a little concern, it is what it is!. More

Purchase of a 2019 Ram Rebel Was ready for a new truck. I've had three Fords, one Nissan, and three Dodge. The Rams were my favorites. Kyle was efficient and more than willing to walk the lot with me and test drive what I was interested in. He had most all of the answers to the questions I had, and found the answers to the ones he wasn't sure of. For a newer employe of Belzers, he has caught on quickly - knew the inside scoop! I drove away with a fair price on the new ride, and they gave me near what I wanted for my well maintained Ram. I'll be back again in another 90,000 miles! More

Very helpful, fair price. Our salesman was very helpful. The vehicle that we purchased was a fair price. The only issue we had was the trade in value for our vehicle. To start, they offered us half the amount of what they are now selling it for on the website. It was also way below blue book. We questioned the offer, and after speaking with management, they did increase the value to make it a more fair deal.
