Great Car Great Buy Great Dealership Visited Jeff Belzers Ford New Prague on Friday September 29th to look at a couple of Ford Focuases that we had seen online. We were met by Michael Vos Visited Jeff Belzers Ford New Prague on Friday September 29th to look at a couple of Ford Focuases that we had seen online. We were met by Michael Voss a salesman that was actually from the nearby Jeff Belzers Chevrolet dealership. Michael showed us the 2 Focuses that we were looking for and did an excellent job of explaining the vehicles features and how they would benefit us in our driving experience. He was very knowledgeable about the Ford Focus even though he was on loan from the Chevy dealership. We were impressed with the Focus and with Michael, but we didn't buy because I don't like to rush into things so we went home to think about the purchase. Well we went back on Monday October 2 and actually decided on a Focus Titanium. We were able to still get the September deal due to the fact that the month ended in the middle of the weekend. Every step of the way was handled professionally. We felt that Jeff Belzers staff actually cared about us as customers from the time we walked through the doors till the time we drove off the lot with our new Focus. Thanks Jeff Belzers for an excellent buying experience. More

Worst Experience EVER Mark Legut took our money and than all the sudden he is too busy for us. Mark says many things to get a sale and never follows through with them. We had to remind him of what he said and than calls me a liar and that I went behind his back to get what I wanted. In reality he was TOO lazy to return an email. If you are smart, stay away from Mark Legut or ask for someone different after he says who he is. More

NEVER AGAIN The only good thing about this experience was they had the truck I had been looking for. The sales person in New Prague was very short and did not wan The only good thing about this experience was they had the truck I had been looking for. The sales person in New Prague was very short and did not want to show us anything as he felt they were out of our price range. But then after the third sales person and going to Lakeville and waiting 30 minutes we got a Kia salesperson to at least talk to us. Then we purchased a 40000 plus truck the same day with a promise we would get a second key so we would have an admin key and also the door code. It has been 3months and 2 visits and 4 phone calls always being transford to someone else and being told they would have to charge me for the door code. 2 of them being managers that promised I would hear back from them in a day and still nothing. Also while waiting to some papers we waited an hour and a half with out any updates or anyone talking to us at all after being told it would be a few minutes. I finally went to find someone and they said it would be just a little longer. Then the finance guy had us signing papers and when we got to the payment he said oops and started typing and reprinted some papers and the payment went up and when we asked why he said oh he had just typed in a number wrong and when we said well that is not what we agreed to he got very short and said well we can stop right now. All in all, worst experience I have ever had. I have been to Apple ford twice sense then and they were more then happy to help with my door code at no cost and gave me a second key and the programming for their cost of the key. More

Exactly what we needed We needed a specific vehicle, and Michael Voss found it for us. We had lined up our own financing, and that didn't make the finance department happy, We needed a specific vehicle, and Michael Voss found it for us. We had lined up our own financing, and that didn't make the finance department happy, but we had a better deal than they could offer. Expect to spend almost a half of a day if you are trading in and wanting to drive away in the new vehicle, but they want to make sure all things are covered, understood, and positive. I'd recommend Michael to anyone! More
