I purchased my car from a huge dealership in the cities, and I would never do that again. Chad explains all the options on the vehicle so I know what I am buying. He makes sure all of my questions are answered so that I understand. I am a numbers person and always have questions before I buy, and he does his best in explaining and just wants me to be happy with a purchase. Chevy Tahoe purchase I called to ensure this vehicle was still on the lot and Bill, the sales guy, ensured it was and was able to hold it until the following weekend when I called to ensure this vehicle was still on the lot and Bill, the sales guy, ensured it was and was able to hold it until the following weekend when we could get down to check it out. We put a small deposit on it to hold until we could check interest rates against our private bank, finding that it was more reasonable to go through the dealership for the loan. Due to the holiday, it was impossible for us to return the hour and a half to the dealership as quickly as we wanted to for pick-up, so bill arranged to have the car delivered! It was a great experience and Bill checked in a week later to ensure we still liked the vehicle. More
