Very friendly, helpful, experienced and professional. Chad Smith was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and familiar with all its features, he answered all my questions. We arrived very close to closing time and I did not feel rushed or pressured at all, he actually stayed beyond closing time to help us. Chad was very friendly & professional and took what for some people is a very stressful situation and made it an enjoyable experience. I live an hour away and it was worth the drive to have such a great experice & I will make the drive again when it's time to make another purchase. More
