I was looking for a "new to me" pickup truck, and based on what I have heard from others decided to check out New Prague Auto Group. We were recently in the market for a used Honda Pilot. We found New Prague Auto Group on Craigslist and decided to take the drive from Mankato to check it out. He is so not your typical car salesman! He came with us on our test drive and not once did we feel pressured. We even chatted about our families and the joys of raising teenagers:) He let us explore the vehicle at our own pace and let us ask the questions. Chad was very friendly and in my opinion this experience was very laid back, stress free and best of all I love my Pilot!! After much research and a few test drives at other dealers, I decided to purchase a new 2012 Ford Focus hatchback. On a whim, decided to swing by New Prague Ford to show the car to my parents while I dealers, I decided to purchase a new 2012 Ford Focus hatchback. On a whim, decided to swing by New Prague Ford to show the car to my parents while I was home visiting. Chad was very accomodating and pleasant to work with, not once did I feel any pressure to buy. I had found a similar model at a different dealership and Chad went the extra step to pull the window sticker from that vehicle and go line by line to compare the two. He also took the time to make sure he was finding the best deal possible, checking for all rebates and incentives. I felt the price he calculated was incredibly fair and truthfully, out shined the pricing from another Ford dealer. Irina took care of my financing and paperwork, she was very helpful and took her time in explaining everything and showing me all of my options. After the sale was finalized, Chad took at least another half an hour to show me how to use all of the options on my vehicle, even after the dealership was closed. I would not hesitate to recommend Chad, Irina or the New Prague dealership to anyone. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience, even as a first-time buyer! More
