This was wonderful experience. Whenever one buys a car, especially new, they want all the information possible to make a well informed decision. This was the case with this transaction. There are so mny especially new, they want all the information possible to make a well informed decision. This was the case with this transaction. There are so mny choices for each vehicle and it would be so easy to just push a customer through the process and leave the customer wondering if they got verything on the car that they really wanted. In this case, Gerard was always pleasant even after going over some of the same things a couple of times. Again, with so many choices (color, equipment, tires, navigation, etc.) it took me a bit of time to make thse decisions. I never felt rushed and always valued. The owner is often visible and friendly. Thank you New Prague Ford for a great experience!! More
