My husband came out first. Was able to bring a car home to pick me up after I got home from work. We drove actually two cars for a test drive. After being unsuccessful for us at a car auction, Woody was able to quickly identify a new vehicle (2010 Ford Explorer) that met our family needs, but was located in Wisconsin. Really don't know where 2 begin on how wonderful our experience was at the New Prague Dealership!! From the minute we walked into the store it was like we were apart of the family.. AND especially to Woody who started our paperwork as he had 3 other things going on and didn't seemed flustered or bothered by it... He wanted 2 help us out and make us feel important... The whole deal went down great and I'm very pleased with the crew that works up there... It was as simple as it could be working with Keith, I emailed him what i was looking for, he told me that I would probably have to order that, which i was fine with. When it came in it was just as I ordered, he had all the paperwork ready and the deal was done. I was there for less than a hour. The business manager was very knowledgeable on the financing and the extended warranty programs. Everyone in the place seemed so laid back and easy to work with. I would definitely go back. Gerard Rosemeier was a very friendly and knowledgeable salesperson. He answered all the questions we had about the Focus. The Business Manager was also very helpful.
