Brittany Wozniak got back to me the same day and helped me with a few preliminary things, and welcomed me to stop in for some test drives. I went in on a busy Saturday morning, knowing exactly which car I wanted after doing some research. Nick Capparelli came over to meet us as soon as we walked in the Mitsubishi door, and knew exactly where the car was located that I wanted to look at. He showed me a few similar makes and models, just for comparison's sake, but wasn't pushy in trying to get me to look at anything outside my price range or different from what I wanted. He knew a great test-drive route which gave me enough time to see how the car handled, and during the paperwork process, was very engaging and conversational while we got the fine details settled. Financing was quick and easy, and Alfie made the paperwork easy at the end of the sale. I left the dealership with my 2010 Outlander, very happy overall with the people, the process, and the price!
