Let’s face it, buying a car from a large dealership is never anyone’s idea of a fun activity, and I had heard a lot of mixed reviews about the Jeff D’Ambrosio Auto Group, but my wife spotted a used Jeep G never anyone’s idea of a fun activity, and I had heard a lot of mixed reviews about the Jeff D’Ambrosio Auto Group, but my wife spotted a used Jeep Grand Cherokee that was listed by the Downingtown location that she felt met her needs for color and interior and asked me to go look at it to see if met our criteria for condition, mileage, and price. I was looking for a low mileage Grand Cherokee Limited coming off lease with a good Carfax report to replace our aging Grand Cherokee Overland that had given us many years of good service but didn’t have the modern drivability and safety features we wanted. I was lucky enough to meet with their salesman Dean Sargent, who turned out be knowledgeable about the product as well as easy to work with. Although I had not expected to be going forward with a purchase at our first meeting, the 2020 car was as my wife had anticipated from the listing she found on their website, and Dean had my trade-in evaluated while I looked over the prospective purchase, and after some negation we were able to make a deal that evening that was acceptable to me. In my opinion, working with the right salesperson makes all the difference in whether you have a good experience or not when buying a car. Over the years I’ve walked out of many dealerships without purchasing due to first meeting with a “wrong” salesperson (pushy, abrasive, or just unlikable). I can honestly say that I had a good experience with Dean Sargent at Jeff D’Ambrosio in Downingtown, and can give him 5 stars. We picked the new purchase the next day, and Dean had everything prepared an ready so we didn’t have to take a lot of time at the dealership before driving the purchase home. Of course, there were the usual pile of papers that needed to be signed, but even that went relatively quickly and smoothly. More

From the first moment to the last moment, we were lied to, baited and switched, told to leave, etc. I am the first to admit I am aggressive and beleive like the rest of us that car dealers try to screw you every step of the way, but you better really come armed with your facts because yhr GM Joe D'Ambrosio looked me square in the eye and said "in my ten years in the car business I have never heard of an employee or executive discount." It does not exist." Well Joe, here is the informatiom for you in case you are ever asked again. Jason Garrison, my Service Advisor, did an excellent job from beginning to end! The waiting area was clean and comfortable and furnished with an TV and bathroom nearby. Went to D'Ambrosia country dodge in oxford for a lease buyout. Called and made an appointment. We explained our situation and was told to come in drove there, and he almost immediately told us we have to buyout. Called and made an appointment. We explained our situation and was told to come in drove there, and he almost immediately told us we have to go to the downingtown D'Ambrosia and that they have to help us. Because that's where we leased it. So we go to D'Ambrosia downingtown as soon as they open 9:00 am on a Friday by 9: 30 am we are told they DO NOT HAVE TIME TO HELP US TODAY. BUT the good news is come back another day and everything will be ready. I requested some financial numbers, why we were there, to see if I even wanted to come back. Could not even get that because they DO NOT HAVE TIME TO HELP US TODAY. What happened to help a customer. Apparently, we are supposed to have all the time in the world. It's not like we both work . I assume that since they really weren't making enough money off of us, they could only help us at their convenience. This is the third time I have had a bad experience at D'Ambrosia downingtown. More

Here at Jeff D’Ambrosio’s. they don’t just try and sell you a car for a quick dollar they want to build a solid relationship with there customers it’s now 2023 and I’m back. I just purchased my new 2023 Jeep Wrangler JL. This is actually my 6th brand new vehicle from here and I drove all the way from Florida to buy it. Yes you read that correctly I had moved away three years ago and being’s Dave Williams is the best sales rep I’ve ever work with when buying new cars and everyone at Jeep D’Ambrosio’s make you feel so welcome I’ve drove 15 hours and 900 miles to buy my Jeep. Now you don’t have to take my word on all this just find out for your self I promise you you be satisfied when you drive off in your next new vehicle. More
