We went to Jeff D'Ambrosio after I’ve purchased several cars in my lifetime, and never has there been a buying experience this easy and stress free. We went to Jeff D'Ambrosio after being turned down for a new vehicle loan for a 2015 Jeep Renegade from our bank. Through the dealers website I met Lindsey Law (internet sales), who then introduced me to salesman Bob Holmes. My first impression from talking with Bob and Lindsey and explaining my situation is that they genuinely wanted to help. When I explained that we were turned down for financing, Lindsey convinced me that despite being turned down previously, Jeff D'Ambrosio has a great business relationship with dozens of lenders and could get us approved if we just give them a chance. Bob Holmes then proved that Lindsey was right. Bob got us approved with an excellent rate at the right price on a vehicle with all the options we wanted. My daughter and I shook hands with Bob at about 9:15 on a Saturday morning and about two hours later he was filling up the vehicle with gas, getting it washed, and then walking by daughter through all the vehicle features. Oh, and while we were waiting for all the paperwork to be filed, the dealership served up fresh Texas Roadhouse dinner rolls (they're the best) with butter, and then brought out piping hot slices of pizza. When has car buying been this much fun and filling! Interestingly, it was Bob who actually picked out my daughter's Jeep, and it was like he read her mind. There was a great selection of Renegades to choose from on the lot, and my daughter was really undecided as to which one she wanted, all she knew was that it had to be black. So when we asked for a test drive, Bob returned with a black 2015 Renegade with bark brown/ski gray interior (orange accents), 18'' polished aluminum rims with crystal granite accents, backup camera, push button/remote start and a 7 inch touch-screen Bluetooth radio-- needless to say my daughter was sold. I could say more, but I think this testimony clearly explains the satisfaction I have with the Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group; they really are a great dealership. Bob and Lindsey gave my daughter the best Christmas ever. And as I learned, when in doubt, check them out. More

Best car purchase experience ever! I decide to go to Jeff D'Ambrosio after a friend referred me to them. All I can say is no wonder!!! I filled out an online application on a Saturday a I decide to go to Jeff D'Ambrosio after a friend referred me to them. All I can say is no wonder!!! I filled out an online application on a Saturday afternoon and received a call back within 15 minutes with an acknowledgment of receipt of my application. I was told to expect a call later in the afternoon before closing or on Monday morning. To be honest, I appreciated the call but had already assumed I wouldn't hear from someone before Monday just because of past experiences with other dealers however, took in consideration they understandably should have busy...one it being a Saturday and two it being a Saturday right before Christmas, lol. Well, I received a phone call from Bob Holmes on Saturday afternoon who scheduled an appointment with me for Monday evening. I met with Bob (also Richy and Mike, they are awesome!) on Monday evening and drove off the lot before closing that night in my car! They were all friendly, kind, courteous, funny, thorough, knowledgeable and above all professional. Bob is the best! He answered all of my questions and concerns and helped me get the best deal possible when I had doubts, even helped with insurance! This experience came at a time when I surely needed something positive...very grateful and thankful for the blessing and these gentlemen that assisted in making it possible!!! This has completely changed my view of buying an used vehicle and will definitely purchase from them again!!! More
