This was the worst experience i had buying a car by far, First when I called the customer service number looking for a sales man they seemed very short and like I was a bother to them for calling. Second just the process of buying a car was horrible, seems like they dont want there sales man to know anything, I kept asking questions and his answer was "Im not sure" more then once. Third after buying a NEW truck, they didnt detail it or remove the stickers, I had to go back into the dealership and ask for them to remove them so i could drive it home, they ended up removing them then said have a nice day and when i jumped in the truck noticed the gas was on "E" so i said to the sales man dont you guys usually fill the first tank?? his response was yeah i can put some gas in! We drove to wawa together and they only filled it half way.. This was not my first car that i bought and i know what they are suppose to do and also worked for a dealership for several years. over all i would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
Matt went out of his way to accomodate my desire to compare several vehicles. He was patient with me while I installed a child safety seat into each vehicle. Our first impression, when we walked into the dealership, was that it was going to be a high-pressure sales organization because it was so much larger than the dealerships we usually visit. However, much to our surprise, everyone was very friendly, courteous, professional, and helpful. We had originally talked to Tiffany and asked for her. At least five people came by to ask if we had been helped and later informed us that Tiffany would be in soon. Tiffany introduced us to Tony, who then answered our questions and showed us a vehicle which he thought we would like. It did not have the options we wanted, so Tiffany put a search through the computer and found four cars with the features we liked. The vehicle we chose was in CT, and the dealership sent a driver up the next day to pick it up. The following day, after a thorough explanation and demonstration of the various features by Bruce (Tony was finishing up with another customer), we took possession of our new SUV. Everything was handled in a timely manner, and we were never left sitting for more than a few minutes while the paperwork was being prepared. We couldn't have asked for a better dealership from which to purchase our new vehicle. We were very pleased with the entire car-buying experience. Tony, Tiffany, and Bruce were very personable, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group to others seeking a good car-buying experience. More

It was great how Dave and Larry worked well together. When Dave was unavailable to help Larry stepped in and did most of the sale. We were a little disappointed with the final sale price. I went to this dealer to look at the 2012 Jeep Wranglers. I wasn't planning on buying on this trip, just to gather some information.
