Unresponsive I've been searching for a 2019/20 Ram 1500 for several months. I stopped into Jeff D'Ambrosio auto group a few weeks ago on a Saturday, gave Jason Sa I've been searching for a 2019/20 Ram 1500 for several months. I stopped into Jeff D'Ambrosio auto group a few weeks ago on a Saturday, gave Jason Salerno the Vin number of the truck I wanted to see that took a five minute test drive. When I returned with the truck, Jason was tied up with two customers, so I handed him the keys, told him the truck looked like a good fit and asked him to email me all the final numbers as soon as possible. I waited until the following Tuesday and heard nothing. That afternoon I went to Videon Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in Newtown Square, and drove home in a 2020 Ram 1500 within two hours. In the grand scheme of things, the loss of one sale is really no big deal for Jeff D'Ambrosio auto group. However, they lost the sale. They lost the trade of a 2015 Ram 2500 Cummings diesel with 50,000 miles in mint condition. And, since we're a family of eight vehicles, they lost lots of future sales. What's the lesson learned? Follow-up EVERYTHING. More
