Very friendly and worked hard to help us establish credit. We only received verbal confirmation of the price and when we were about to sign the documents we were told a different price. Bob and Lenny helped me with the purchase of my new Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. They were great! They were polite and helpful. I really liked that my sales rep Bob stayed near by while I finished my loan paperwork. I've purchased cars before at other dealerships that the sales rep would just dump you off with the loan paperwork guy (who has no personality and you have built no rapport with) and leave you....I was much more comfortable having him stay with me. Also there was no surprises when I filled out the paperwork...no hidden fees, or add on items that weren't "standard"...everything was what we talked about exactly. Also, Bob really made sure I wasn't confused about anything. The car I purchased has a panaramic sunroof...which if your not familiar is huge and amazaing with mood lighting...but doesn't open. Bob made sure that I was clear that it didn't open several time as he didn't want me to misunderstand and end up with something I didn't want. Last, I'm a research nut...and according to all my research...as well as I looked at other cars to make sure and talked with other dealerships...no one came close to the deal they gave me! More
We went to D'Ambrosio Dodge back in April to look at the new Durango where Nicholas helped us out. He was friendly and knowledgeable. This is our third Durango although we have not had one in 5 or 6 years new Durango where Nicholas helped us out. He was friendly and knowledgeable. This is our third Durango although we have not had one in 5 or 6 years. The difference in the new model is amazing! We had a Mercedes M Class and the new Durango drives like that--it's that good. Nicholas answered all our questions and when we told him we would need a car late July he kept in touch but was not pushy at all. When we walked into the dealership in July we were ready and Nicholas found us the exact model we were looking for at a dealership 200+ miles away and had it driven to Downingtown. The paperwork process was painless, he gave me a tour of the service area, filled up the gas tank and we were on our way! We would recommend D'Ambrosio Dodge and the new Durango to anyone who is looking for a 7 passenger SUV. Bonnie F. More

My daughter came in for a USED car. She wanted to keep her payments at $300/month. The salesman was very evasive when answering our questions....such as the main one......"What price point are we looking her payments at $300/month. The salesman was very evasive when answering our questions....such as the main one......"What price point are we looking at to keep her at the target payment"....He said he couldn't give us a price point.He couldn't tell us what kind of interest rate she would be looking at. I find it funny that he was able to calculate a payment without knowing this information. Finally after going back and forth she was told they could get her into the car she wanted however he could approve her for a NEW car (oddly enough same make and model as the used car she wanted) that was $400/month. When she told Bob that was out of her comfort zone (which she had stated about four times prior as he tried to push other cars on her) he smugly said "well there's nothing I can do for you....BYE-BYE"..I have purchased cars at D'Ambrosio in the past however I truly regret referring my daughter after that experience. When leaving, a relative who was with us (who has purchased 8 brand new cars to date) said she has NEVER had an experience like that in her life at a car dealer....I agreed and must say I was very embarrassed that I even suggested she look there. More
