I spoke with the service manager (Jim Catania). Your truck was never near another vehicle when it was here (at least where an exhaust pipe could have damaged it). The oil was changed at our quick-lube station. If you bring it in we can take a look at the surrounding area to see what might have happened. I am not sure who suggested to you that it was an exhaust pipe but based on the physical layout of our service department there is no way it was an exhaust pipe. That being said I would like the opportunity to take a look at the dents to see if it lines up with anything in the immediate area. We take our reputation very serious here and if we are at fault we will make it right. We can not however make it right without seeing your truck. When can you stop in with your truck?
