Purchasing a car is a big and sometimes difficult decision. It can financially impact your life for a number of years, so I’m very cautious and I take my time in making this decision. After shopping at a few locations, I fortunately stopped by Jeff D’Ambrosio to see what they had to offer. The experience here was outstanding and I eventually purchased my new (previously owned) car. The minute I walked in the door I felt the difference from the other dealers I had visited. First of all, I was greeted by Jeff D’Ambrosio himself. Normally I wouldn’t consider this a big deal, but I later learned from my sales rep Bob Whelan (who was outstanding as well) that there are roughly 40 sales people at D’Ambrosio. My point, is that Jeff doesn’t NEED to do the greeting, he certainly has people to do this for him. Nevertheless, Jeff was there with a warm smile and asked my girlfriend and I how we were, and if he could be of assistance with anything. I explained my situation and he proceeded to find me the first available sales rep to try and meet my expectations. This is my 6th car purchase and I’ve been to places where you see the stereotypical used car guys smoking cigarettes and drinking coffee at their desk, but that was not the case at all at Jeff D'Ambrosio’s. As I mentioned before, my sales rep Bob Whelan was outstanding and he has a college degree. In fact, I learned while I was there that a number of sales reps have their degree as well, so that was certainly encouraging to hear, I was please to hear that I was dealing with true professionals. From what I experienced, it was clear to see that Jeff is a first class person and has a first class sales organization. On a number of occasions I witnessed the sales staff helping each other out and answering questions etc, it really was a great atmosphere to be a part of. In a different industry I train a sales force and teach business development, so I’m sensitive to good business practices. This is ultimately why I purchased my car at D'Ambrosio. The service I received was absolutely wonderful and I have Jeff and Bob to thank. By the way, I also got an outstanding deal on my car. When I searched Kelly blue book regarding my car’s make model and mileage, they had the car priced a lot lower then what I expected to pay, so I didn’t even need to haggle (which I was prepared to do) I really don’t know what else to say. Let’s put it this way, As long as Jeff still has his business and as long as Bob is there, I’ll never purchase a car anywhere else. I have complete trust in this business and I’ll certainly be a repeat customer. Mike More

This was the first time we were ever at D,Ambrosio's but it certainly won't be the last. Our credit isn't very good but you did everything you could and succeeded in putting us in a new car and even one tha it certainly won't be the last. Jason Kimble was our primary advocate who exemplified what a terrific sales person should be. He was always there for us and we can't thank him enough for all of his effort. Nick assisted and kept us informed and happy throughout the car buying experience. Paul Fiedler impressed us as a kind and honest General Manager who was always there helping and troubleshooting. His leadership is what makes D'Ambrosio a great place to do business and we look forward to working with him in the future. The most impressive fact to us was how dedicated all three were to making sure we were happy, not just during, but even after the sale. We thank them and wish them all the best in the future. More

Jason was the perfect example of a salesman. He actually listened and did what we asked him to do first. I hate walking into a dealership and all they want to do is get you to take a test drive. I was in the market for a new 2011 Mitsubishi Lancer after my vehicle broke down. I went to Cherry Hill Mitsubishi to test drive a new Lancer and get some prices. After I spoke with the sales manager after my vehicle broke down. I went to Cherry Hill Mitsubishi to test drive a new Lancer and get some prices. After I spoke with the sales manager about purchasing the vehicle, I found him to be pushy and rude. I then went on kbb.com and requested price quotes from other local dealers. I received a decent price from Turnersville Mitsubishi and gave them a call. When speaking with the salesman over the phone there I found him to also be pushy while trying to get me to come into the dealership. Cherry Hill Mitsubishi called me back and was willing to give me a lower price than Turnersville, but I was still turned off by their sales manager's attitude. I then received a call from Dave Williams at Jeff D'Ambrosio Mitsubishi. Dave was very nice and professional from the start and seemed like he wanted to work with me. Cherry Hill had given me a fairly low price on the new Lancer and Dave was not sure that he could do better. I thanked him for his time and continued to search for a new Lancer. About an hour later I received a call from Joel Johnston at Jeff D'Ambrosio Mitsubishi. Joel really wanted to work with me and was just as nice and professional as Dave was. He knew that I lived an hour away from his dealership in another state and that there were multiple closer dealerships, but appreciated me contacting them about the vehicle and wanted to make it worth my while to come there. He offered me a lower price than Cherry Hill and was even willing to tow my vehicle from NJ to PA as a trade in. I told him that I would be in the next day. I received a call the next morning from Cherry Hill Mitsubishi who was willing to give me a lower price than Jeff D'Ambrosio Mitsubishi. I told them, no thanks and the reason that I didn't want to purchase a vehicle from them was because of their sales manager's poor attitude and pushy demeanor. I then traveled to Downingtown, PA from Deptford, NJ to Jeff D'Ambrosio Mitsubishi and met with both Dave and Joel. Both men were just as professional in person as they were on the phone and I purchased my 2011 Lancer with no problems and was out quickly. I was more than happy to travel the extra distance to purchase a vehicle from Jeff D'Ambrosio Mitsubishi. Their professionalism and friendly attitudes are what sold me on their dealership. I have already recommended their dealership to friends and family who may be in the market for a new vehicle. More
Best experience buying a car ever. No pressure used, and even though I had credit issues, they worked to get me a great deal and were never judgemental.
