We have dealt with d'Abrosio Dodge for over 12 years and are MORE than pleased with the service department....They are very polite, informative, and when you make an appointment with a special time limit, t are MORE than pleased with the service department....They are very polite, informative, and when you make an appointment with a special time limit, they meet the challenge. Tom Fetzer was our salesman for our first Dodge and he was excellent! The next salesman was not, BUT Tony Gable was marvelous!!!!!! It is soooooooooo nice to receive roses when you make the deal! P.S. The only disappointment was we waited for the 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan and it was very nice BUT no leather seats....They would be out later this year. Tony told us about the 2010 Chrysler Town & Country and we LOVE it. More

When I walked into the building I was intimidated by its massive size but that lasted about 30 seconds.Everyone was friendly ..No pressure and throughout the building I observed many customers being served by attentive salepersons. After Tony drove me out to look at the car of my dreams, I changed my mind and focused on a different vehicle. He took it all in strideand we went back to square one. I bought my car and am very happy with it and the service I received at the dealership. More
