His jovial personality and non-pushy sales approach made the buying process easy and painless. He didn't try to up-sell me a bunch of crap or models that I didn't want, and he worked with me to negotiate an insanely low price on a brand new 2019 Jetta. JEFF D'AMBROSIO BETTER GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE! I am thrilled with the car, and the overall experience.
