I initially spoke to Elizabeth Vrancken, who was quick to answer my questions. She even double-checked to make sure the Jeep was still on the lot. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by Bob Bu answer my questions. She even double-checked to make sure the Jeep was still on the lot. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by Bob Buffin, who connected me with Steven Janin. Steven did fantastic job walking me through the details of the Jeep Gladiator. We then went for a test ride, which included highway, as well as twisty back roads. While the Jeep was getting cleaned up, and the paperwork prepared, Steven and I discussed everything from "March Madness" to classic cars. Everyone I dealt with, including the Finance folks, and Mike, who appraised my Trade in, was polite, cheerful, and never pushy. This was one of the BEST experiences I have had any Dealership! I highly recommend you ask for Steven, if your looking for a seamless, no pressure Automobile purchase. More

BE VERY CAREFUL when ATTEMPTING to PURCHASE a new / used vehicle from these folks. This dealership is VERY SNEAKY & VERY DISHONEST This dealership tried to add a few POINTS TO THE LOAN ( my wife used vehicle from these folks. This dealership is VERY SNEAKY & VERY DISHONEST This dealership tried to add a few POINTS TO THE LOAN ( my wife’s credit was 795) This dealership tried to sell my wife an EXTENDED WARRANTY & THE USED CAR WAS ALREADY CERTIFIED ….. ??? So we cancelled the whole deal & went to REEDMAN TOLL !!! More

Worst experience in buying a car. They tried to push a used car on me even though I wanted a specific new car. They offered me $4000 less than the dealer I purchased from for a trade-in. They stated they used car on me even though I wanted a specific new car. They offered me $4000 less than the dealer I purchased from for a trade-in. They stated they sent a financing request to my credit union, however there was no record of it. They wanted to use another lender with a MUCH higher interest rate. Most importantly, they were extremely patronizing to me. Since I am an older woman, I guess they thought I would just believe what they said. Buyer beware. More

Offered over MSRP but because they did not think it was "enough" over MRSP they wouldn't even work up the numbers for me.
