Awesome Job About two weeks ago I was in an accident and they totaled my car out that I purchased less than 2 years ago. When I called to see what can be done (my mind was still in that what an I going to do mode) Rich Fagley from Finance knew exactly who I was and said "you know I made sure you had Gap coverage". You have no idea how relieved it was to hear those words. I spoke with him for a few min hung up the phone and within 5 min Richy from sales called and asked how I was doing and again knew who I was and that Rich from accounting said he had to give me a call. Needless to say within 2 days I am in a new vehicle. I have had nothing but great service and satisfaction with them. Jeff Deacon, who I have worked with before on 2 previous purchases, is just THE BEST. The words don't exist to say how helpful and informative he was, or how easy going and mild his manor was. He left everything up to me. I told him I was looking for something pre-owned, with a low payment. He did his best to have the cars that he thought I would be interested in, all together and waiting for me when I got there. He didn't try to pressure me into buying something new, or talk me into a payment that I wouldn't be able to afford comfortably. I had many choices to test drive and choose from.
