When we walked into the Mitsubishi building, we were greeted by Doug Ditmer, who is knowledgeable, experienced, and a great listener. He listened to our needs and our concerns, and he was able to not only show us a great option, but also he was able to stick within out budget. This had been a major problem at the other dealerships.
