He helped explained what our options were, as well as expressed patience as he answered our questions. Dave Williams provided also provided excellent service in showing the bells ans whistles of our new vehicle. It was chilly outside, but he was patient and helped us one step at a time. When we walked into the Mitsubishi building, we were greeted by Doug Ditmer, who is knowledgeable, experienced, and a great listener. He listened to our needs and our concerns, and he was able to not only show us a great option, but also he was able to stick within out budget. This had been a major problem at the other dealerships.
