Since my purchase, 3 months ago, Joe has called me once a month to ensure everything is satisfactory and to inquire if he can do anything further to assist me with my purchase. I stopped by with a couple questions and a personal hands-on 'lesson' on how to take parts off of my new Jeep one afternoon a month after my purchase. Joe not only immediately stopped what he was working on to assist me when he could have been potentially selling vehicles to other customers, but literally rolled up his sleeves and walked me through every question I had until I felt satisfied and my questions were answered. He called me several days after to check back in and, again, asked me to come in whenever I needed at my convenience. Hands down, the best experience I have ever had in dealing with customer service and I couldn't be any happier with my brand new Jeep!
