I bought a jetta from them, specifically Jack Deegan, 6 months ago. I recently needed to remove a wheel and found that they did not provide the needed wheel lug key. My husband and I were considering buying a car in a few months and had been shopping around. We had not heard of this dealership until we received an offer in the mail and decided to take a ride to see th months and had been shopping around. We had not heard of this dealership until we received an offer in the mail and decided to take a ride to see their lot. We were cheerfully greeted at the door and introduced to Bob Holmes. We immediately felt comfortable. Bob listened to what we wanted and at the end came back with a great deal on a used vehicle. So, we decided to buy sooner rather than later. Our 15-year-old son was with us and was able to meet the Service Manager Danny. He was so excited as he has been interested in cars and mechanics since he was 2. Through his Vo-Tech program at his school, my son is already a certified Valvoline Specialist and is hoping to be able to work at a dealership in the service department. Everyone here was attentive and extremely friendly. This was the best car buying experience I've had and I'll be sending my friends and family to them. Thank you so much! More
Lindsay Law was very helpful to me via email even though I hadn't honed in on the color yet. Unfortunately, they did not have the car I was looking for. However, in about an hour, Lenny Condi acquired one I hadn't honed in on the color yet. Unfortunately, they did not have the car I was looking for. However, in about an hour, Lenny Condi acquired one for me. He gave me a price which was better than I had received thus far. He quoted me a rate, fees, payments etc. When I went to see them, Andrew wound up being the person to help me. As the dealer was packed with customers (usually a good sign!), it did take a while to get the paperwork done. Andrew stayed with me the whole time, even though I informed him the car would be mine and he could help other customers. When I went in to sign the paperwork with Jennifer, everything was in order. She too was very nice and helpful. There were no gimmicks, pressure sales, higher rates, etc. Everything was so straight forward and I feel everyone went above and beyond the call of duty to make me a satisfied customer. As I deal with the public and am held to high standards at my job, I don't give praise easily (I also don't read a lot of positive reviews as I don't trust them). I feel not only did they earn my business, but my review as well. I am from Staten Island, NY and it was about 105 miles each way for me but it was well worth the trip, and I will always recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a car. More
I have to admit, the buying a car experience is usually brutal, but I walked in and was greeted by a salesman named Dan Pompilii with an open hand and a smile that was greeting! He got me a cup of coffee and we talked about his dog. Then he introduced me to my new Jeep!!! He asked color, options, needs and wants, and then he pulled up the perfect vehicle! He showed me all the features and benefits as well as all the safety features that made me really know he cared about me and my family. There was no haggling or anything. He made me feel at ease and overall was the best car buying experience I would ever had! I recommend Dan Pompilii to all my friends and family, and every time I do He sends me a $100 bucks!!! Go see Dan he's the Man!!! And Jeff D'Ambrosio is awesome!! He was actually there!!! More
Have been to other dealerships and felt pressured but when I met David Williams at D'Ambrosio - he felt like a friend. No pressure - I new I wanted a Mitsubishi Outlander when I walked in the door and D when I met David Williams at D'Ambrosio - he felt like a friend. If you want to purchase a vehicle please don't waste your time going to dealerships that are rude and try to fooled you. I just wanted to say that my 2005 Dakota never was same after replacing all parts they could think of. It seems that it took three times at the dealership was the charm. The first two times it came to me dirty and grease was on my interior. The third time I insised it be cleaned. Again, since it never had the power and lost MPG., I got rid of it. When I told Gaspar this, he said "we service all vehicles". I said "sorry, you will never see me again". Im not sure I would even consider buying anymore vehicles there. I dont mean to get anyone in trouble, I responded to youe e-mail how I felt. Sorry, Mike McGowan. More
