Mark was a great salesman. There was an issue getting my Black on Black 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee because the black paint came from Japan and with the earthquake there was a shortage. I keep going back there because I know I am going to get great, QUALITY, service. The staff there is eager & helpful, but not pushy. My first car purchased from their dealership was a used 1996 dodge neon, followed by a new 2004 Grand Cherokee, and now i just traded my 2004 Grand Cherokee for a brand new 2011 Grand Cherokee. Mark was great, he helped find the exact things i wanted for my new jeep & kept me informed through the buying process. I got a fair, or more than fair, trade value at the closing. Their new showroom & location is a huge improvement from their old location. Honestly I can't think of much for these guys to improve on. I know when the time comes for service I'll be going back to them! More

My husband and I went back to D'Ambrosio for the 3rd time on 3/15/11. This was the 2nd time, specifically to deal with Bob Holmes again as we had such a positive experience with him in 2004!!. We wanted to trade our 2004 Dodge Dakota for a 2011 Jeep Compass and Bob made it a seamless, stess-free, transaction. We told Bob of our budget for a car payment and he made that work. My husband and Bob had a great deal in common this time around and it was like reconnecting with an old friend (though he is not old!)I would recommend D'Ambrosio, and have in the past, for several reasons:efficient, friendly, and most of all...NO PRESSURE! I have already given Bob's name to several neighbors and co-workers of mine. I will continue to recommend D'Ambrosio to anyone that is looking to buy any car, new or used. My wife and I just purchased two Outlander Sports from Jeff. These are our third and fourth vehicles bought from there. We did test drive other vehicles at other dealerships and initially we were going Jeff. These are our third and fourth vehicles bought from there. The dealership that we were planning on purchasing our cars from made us feel very uncomfortable about the situation and seemed as though they were trying to take advantage of us. At Jeff they let you move at your own speed and are very willing to work with you on trade-in value and over-all price. They are not pushy at all and make you feel comfortable and welcome. We will be returning when we need to purchase another vehicle. More
