Claribel Ortiz was awesome! I can't say enough about my experience with the whole dealership so far. I had to handle most of my purchase via internet and while I was initially looking for a Challenger, I experience with the whole dealership so far. I had to handle most of my purchase via internet and while I was initially looking for a Challenger, I actually wound up buying another truck. Erin O initially contacted me about the Challenger and though that sale didn't work out, with nothing to do with anything negative about Erin, I happened back into the lot a couple of weeks later and spied the Ram 1500 Pickup that I ultimately purchased. Claribel was at the dealership that evening and was not pushy whatsoever. In fact she let me take two of the vehicles out for test drives. Completely different vehicles, but I really liked the truck. Over the course of about 2 weeks, we connected via email, as I can't call during the day due to job restraints. Needless to say the purchase went far smoother than I could have imagined. We have dealt with d'Abrosio Dodge for over 12 years and are MORE than pleased with the service department....They are very polite, informative, and when you make an appointment with a special time limit, t are MORE than pleased with the service department....They are very polite, informative, and when you make an appointment with a special time limit, they meet the challenge. Tom Fetzer was our salesman for our first Dodge and he was excellent! The next salesman was not, BUT Tony Gable was marvelous!!!!!! It is soooooooooo nice to receive roses when you make the deal! P.S. The only disappointment was we waited for the 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan and it was very nice BUT no leather seats....They would be out later this year. Tony told us about the 2010 Chrysler Town & Country and we LOVE it. More
