My first contact with the dealership was through the internet.I was looking for a very specific vehicle and they were tracking one down for me. When I walked into the building I was intimidated by its massive size but that lasted about 30 seconds.Everyone was friendly ..No pressure and throughout the building I observed many customers being served by attentive salepersons. After Tony drove me out to look at the car of my dreams, I changed my mind and focused on a different vehicle. He took it all in strideand we went back to square one. My husband Jim and I went to D'Ambrosio for the first time ever to purchase a new 2011 Jeep Overland. We chose D'Ambrosio because it was close. Due to my husband's hours for his job, sharing was just not possible. Tony loaned us a car--at his cost--for a month until ours was delivered. He was so friendly and nice to deal with...and he never treated me like a "dumb woman" who didn't know anything about cars, or business, as other dealerships have. I've been going to Jeff D'Ambrosio in Fraser, PA for service of my 1999 Dodge for a few years now. When the Dodge finally began to get to the point where it was necessary to replace it, I went back to D'Ambrosio. I ended up buying a pre-owned 2008 Chrysler PT Cruiser. I've had major credit problems, but Tony Pierce worked very hard to make sure that I got a good deal and drove away the same day in the car that I wanted. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the guys from the service department (who worked so hard on my old Dodge) made sure to say hi and congratulate me on the purchase.
