My husband Jim and I went to D'Ambrosio for the first time ever to purchase a new 2011 Jeep Overland. We chose D'Ambrosio because it was close. We would go back, and recommend it to everyone we know, because of Tony Gable. Through no fault of Tony's, our new Jeep was delayed by the factory. We turned in a lease to Ford and were out a car. Due to my husband's hours for his job, sharing was just not possible. Tony loaned us a car--at his cost--for a month until ours was delivered. He was so friendly and nice to deal with...and he never treated me like a "dumb woman" who didn't know anything about cars, or business, as other dealerships have. He treated me like an equal, with respect and sincerity. If you need a car, new or used, go see Tony. You won't be sorry. Oh, and the Jeep Overland rocks too. More

I've been going to Jeff D'Ambrosio in Fraser, PA for service of my 1999 Dodge for a few years now. When the Dodge finally began to get to the point where it was necessary to replace it, I went back to D'Ambrosio. I ended up buying a pre-owned 2008 Chrysler PT Cruiser. I've had major credit problems, but Tony Pierce worked very hard to make sure that I got a good deal and drove away the same day in the car that I wanted. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the guys from the service department (who worked so hard on my old Dodge) made sure to say hi and congratulate me on the purchase. All in all, it was a delightful experience! More

Your "cash for clunkers" pricing is deceptive to the point of being bait & switch. Donohue left me sitting for half an hour, wasting my time. On top of which, he insisted that he could give a better deal buying out my 2009 Honda Civic Hybrid than Scott Honda can. D'Ambrosio is a sleazy operation no woman should set foot in. More
As far as their service I would not recommend it at least for older cars because they are not familiar with specifics of their own cars. I went there because I had a check engine light that was on and was of for older cars because they are not familiar with specifics of their own cars. I went there because I had a check engine light that was on and was off at the time of service. They told me they would be able to read it but came back with nothing and with no suggestions to the problem. They should have known before servicing my car that my car 95' and before didn't store check engine light codes. Also on their site in the comments section I told them about this and they never got back to me when it said I would get a reply shortly which shows they don't care about the quality of their service. But in the end we ended up getting exactly what we wanted for a great price. They always seemed happy to see us even though we put them through xxxx.
