Unethical and a Fraud, Avoid at a cost.. I purchased a used Chevrolet Tahoe. It had all the bells and whistles, a large screen radio with a built in DVD rear entertainment system, CD player, I purchased a used Chevrolet Tahoe. It had all the bells and whistles, a large screen radio with a built in DVD rear entertainment system, CD player, integrated navigation, streaming blue tooth audio, iPod connectivity, rear heated seats and a backup camera. Long story short, I had to have the DVD/CD player replaced. Jack Caracelli (not sure if this is correct spelling) said they would not replace the DVD/CD player with a comparable one with all of the features I paid for, they would only replace with a stock GM radio or give me some money to replace with what I want. So in the end I had to get the stock radio just to see if everything worked and because of his focus on sales and numbers only and not the customer experience I lost a large color screen, Integrated navigation, streaming blue tooth audio and a backup camera. The dealerships management could really care less, I was told to bad for your loss, this is what happens you purchase a used vehicle, maybe we'll help with some oil changes. Well I have always purchased used vehicles from a number of dealerships and I can say without hesitation this is the WORST dealership I have ever dealt with. They treated me rudely, I felt they were untrustworthy, unethical and dishonest. The real loss for D'Ambrosio is that I will be needing at least two vehicles in the next 5 years or less. We will not be purchasing from D'Ambrosio anywhere. I hope the little money you saved on my purchase is worth loosing customers forever. I am also going to make it a mission of mine to advise anyone I ever come into contact with to avoid D'Ambrosio at all costs in my opinion. I will be submitting with the PA state attorney general for fraud and also speaking with a Lawyer about recovery costs. More

They requested we run credit so they were ready for us when we got there. Lo and behold, someone managed to put a deposit down in the half hour it took us to get there by a sister dealership. Thought based on such great ratings we would have a nice experience, nope! Never again! Hours later, and vehicle is still listed on their website and here! More

5 New leased trucks I called Ted Rubino at 9 am and explained we were looking for 5 new Ram 1500's to lease since Dodge had a great rate advertised. He got back to me in an hour and had an awesome rate with no "smoke and mirrors" like other places trying to beat you up for more money, hidden costs, etc. We went in the next day and signed the papers and got out of the dealership without the usual 2-3 hour "dealer experience".
