Great Experience I did a lot of shopping around online when it was time for a "new" used car. I narrowed it down to 2 vehicles, one of which was located at Jeff D'Ambr I did a lot of shopping around online when it was time for a "new" used car. I narrowed it down to 2 vehicles, one of which was located at Jeff D'Ambrosio. I communicated with Stephen Ciavardini via email, explaining that the price was a tad above what I was hoping for and he worked with me to get it down to a price that I was comfortable with. I made an appointment for my lunch hour to get a trade in appraisal and to take the car out for a test drive. When I arrived Stephen introduced me to Brooks Donahue who was very helpful! After the test drive, I loved the car but I wanted to sleep on it before making the decision to move ahead. That's when Brooks suggested that I take the car home overnight so that I could give it a thorough test. Best suggestion ever! I was able to drive it around, pick my grandson up from daycare, take a couple family member out in it, and look over the owners manual thorough. By the next morning I knew this was the car for me. Brooks made the purchase process very smooth and by that evening the car was mine. He even took the time to snap a picture of my daughter with the car that I traded in because the car had some sentimental value to her. Very thoughtful of him! Overall, I had an excellent experience at Jeff D'Ambrosio. Thank you Stephen and Brooks! And a special thanks to the finance department for being so receptive to my need to keep my monthly payments at a certain level. When he arrived the gentleman who he had spoken to on the phone had taken one single glance at him (tattoo's on his face... Dressed all in black) and passed him off to another salesman (Richard Schepps). We couldn't of been so lucky to work with Richy!!! He worked his magic and helped my husband give me one of the best presents ever. He was kind... Very professional... And worked hard to please us.
