Could not be happier with Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group! It was, to say the least, very frustrating. We decided to use TruCar online. Within minutes of filling out the questionnaire, Tina called to say that she was there to help! What a difference, she took our info, we talked about exactly what we were looking for, prices, discounts and options. We arranged to come into the dealership, Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group, and Tina met us with a smile, she then introduced us to the most knowledgeable salesperson, Larry. Larry knew the Jeep models inside and out. Larry explained options and packages, talked about personal experiences, and most of all, really listened to my needs and wishes. We built the perfect car and put in the order that very night. About 5 weeks later, Larry called to say that the car was in transit and even sent a pic of it on the trailer. We went to pick it up the very next day and it was everything that I had hoped it would be. We named her Ruby Valentine and Larry spent at least 45 minutes with us, going over the operation and settings of all of the bells and whistles. The finance department, Jaz, made painless and quick work of the necessary paperwork. Jeff D'Ambrosio stopped by to make sure that everyone was happy, we assured him that we truly were. We drove off the lot, in my dream car, knowing that we will be sure to make them our dealership in the future. More

Very Friendly Dealership! Remarkable selection of vehicles Dave was recommended by a friend of mine. Dave told me where they were located and said to look around to see what I liked. When he arrived we discussed my desires as well as my price range. We went out and looked around and I took a vehicle for a test drive, I explained to Dave that the vehicles was for my wife and that the decision would be hers. The following day I returned with my wife. We test drove two vehicles with different suspensions and settled on one she liked. Dave did not have a vehicle in the color with the options that we wanted but located one at another dealership. We agreed on that vehicle. The following day Dave called and said that his dealership had a vehicle coming in a week later, with a additional option and if we could Wait, we could save 10 dollars a month. We decided on waiting and it was worth the wait. The vehicle was perfect and less expensive. I can't say enough good things about Dave. He is very knowledgeable and wants the best for his customers. Unfortunately, I was not able to be shown all the amenities that the car offers, because the person who does that, was with a customer, and it was already 8pm, I was feeling ill, so my salesaman gave me the general idea of the important parts I needed to know. I live a distance from this dealership, and unfortunately, there are none anywhere near me for servicing or anything else. I'm viewing the manual, but not the same by far. I loved working with Wendell, he's awesome. I ordered some weather mats through him, will pick them up on Monday, February 13th after 12noon. Also took the car with a scratched front light, but the lighting guy wasn't in. Hoping the payoff of my trade is done swiftly, as not to cause me any issues. I would definitely recommend this dealership, as well as Wendell. He really knows his stuff and delivers with no pressure at all. More

Price of the vehicle was more reasonable than many other places. They are fast and next vehicle purchase will be again definitely from here. More

I do love how the staff works with me concerning meeting my needs and being there around my schedule. I have an inquiry in about my latest purchase (missing a mirror cover) but they ensure me that they are looking into it - which is always the case. My concern may not be met immediately, but each department that it affects - is true to their word and follows through on it until they can provide me a solution. More
