Jason Garrison, my Service Advisor, did an excellent job from beginning to end! The waiting area was clean and comfortable and furnished with an TV and bathroom nearby. The worst service ever had appointment on a Monday go there no loaner car available reschedule drop off 2 cars for warranty work and a oil change got a call that it was done go back to pick up and what d there no loaner car available reschedule drop off 2 cars for warranty work and a oil change got a call that it was done go back to pick up and what do you know oil change wasn't done and they couldn't do that day UNBELIEVABLE like I have the time to waste going back and forth!!! I've been doing business with them for years bought 5 cars there but there service SUCKS!! More

Well Jeff, you just lost another customer. I made my service appointment including a rental car for today. When I arrived at the dealer at 8am after my 30 minute drive, they informed me that they did no service appointment including a rental car for today. When I arrived at the dealer at 8am after my 30 minute drive, they informed me that they did not have a rental for me. They asked if I could wait but I had appointments which is why I needed a rental. I asked for a loaner instead which they said they have NONE....can you imagine a dealership this size and they don't have a vehicle to cover an appointment with a customer? And your staff let a previously loyal customer (me) leave your dealership extremely unsatisfied. Moving on.... More
Waste our time, money, gas. Forgot to book renter car twice, Order wrong radio, forgot to schedule appointment. After they said they fix stop start system which they didn't.
