"Great experience with Jeff Ciardi "

My 13 year old Jeep Wrangler needed a new clutch. Jeff Ciardi took care of everything...He answered all my questions, was friendly, and made me feel comfortable knowing my Wrangler was in good hands. It was! It has been a month since my visit…My Wrangler is still running great!!! Thanks Jeff Ciardi for all your help!

"Service is HORRIBLE"

I have bought my last 8 cars at Jeff's. Sales is not the issue - it is the Service Department. I don't have enough space to write about how incredibly awful the Service Department is in Downingtown. EVERY SINGLE time we go there, we have an issue. When we can, I take my Jeeps to Frazier to be serviced; I can't speak highly enough about Mike and Tony in Frazier (please don't confuse the Tony in Frazier with the Tony in Downingtown -- definitely 2 different people!!). Most recently, we had our Jeep Liberty inspected in Downingtown. They failed the Jeep, stating the RF Caliper was leaking and the Belt needed to be changed. We just bought the Jeep in Frazier in May. Downingtown said they had to fail the inspection (we had to PAY for the inspection, get it fixed in Frazier and then PAY for another inspection). SERIOUSLY??!! We called Mike in Frazier and he said to just pay for the inspection, bring it to them, they'd fix the Caliper and do the new inspection at no cost. Why couldn't Downingtown just take care of it and settle their books with Frazier? Why couldn't Downingtown shuttle it over to Frazier if it HAD to go to Frazier? Why couldn't Downingtown do SOMETHING helpful? On another note, Frazier said there was nothing wrong with the belt - we didn't need a new belt. When we called Downingtown to ask what exactly the problem was, we were told, "We don't remember and there are no notes". (It was literally one day later and no one could remember? Fishy.) Unfortunately, with having a Jeep, there are some things I have to do at Downingtown. I would much rather work with Mike and Tony at Frazier. They are stand-up, honest, helpful and guys with integrity. They always do good work and put the customer first; I can't say the same for Downingtown. Jeff would be very upset about this.

"Three Good People"

My primary review is for Jeff Ciardi, Service Adviser. We have two Chrysler mini vans and one Dodge mini van, all of the same vintage. All with very low mileage (26,000-34,000 miles). They are all in very good condition and have been well maintained. I have requested Jeff Ciardi to be my Service Adviser for each visit for each of these vehicles. Jeff has been accommodating, conscientious, and helpful and he does not try to miss lead you. In recent years, I have requested "Chops" to be my Service Technician because he has demonstrated a high degree of skill in diagnosing problems and repairing them correctly. In earlier years, when Richard Dehart was working as a Service Technician I requested him for the same reason. In his more recent capacity, he has continued to be very helpful to me and I appreciate that. Terry Gebhard

"Downhill quick"

I was traveling from Wilmington to Downingtown for the dealership. I purchased two vehicles there. First experience was great, second experience not as much which led me to purchase from a closer dealership. I continued with service for all vehicles. On the newer vehicle after a firmware update all my settings were gone and my trailer lights no longer work so they said they would check. Service told me the feature was not enabled and would need to have some sales code turned on. The price wasn’t much but the more I spoke to service the more they insisted I never had this setup. I was towing motorcycle and ATVs for a year and the only change was the firmware update. Instead of offering any explanation they kept insisting it was never active, which basically was calling me a liar. We purchase many vehicles (6 in the last 5 years). I will never set foot in that dealership or service center again.

"Customer Service"

My husband and I came to the auto service area because we had the low pressure tire light on. Scott Payne was the person that took care of us. He put air in our tires immediately, to get us on our way. He was so pleasant and accommodating. The next day my husband had to go back because the light was on again. Scott helped him and explained to him that there was 4 cars ahead of him, (it was a busy Saturday.) He kept my husband informed of his wait time and that we had a leaking stem, as soon as they found the problem. Scott, always greets you with a smile and is very helpful. This is the kind of people that makes you want to come back to your dealership. Thanks Scott, Maurice & Brenda Treadwell

"Jeff D'Ambrosio listened to my concerns"

After writing on my survey about a handicapped concern; the need for a foot stool to enter the back of the shuttle van, the owner, Jeff D' Ambrosio, called me. He had reviewed my comments, checked out the problems and assured me that the problems would be corrected. He would buy a foot stool for van access, purchase some chairs for the waiting room lounge that shorter people (I'm 5ft 4in) ) could sit in without getting back pain and addressed a miscommunication about what time my car would be finished and ready. Good customer service is vital to all businesses, and I feel Jeff cares about his business and his customers. I am now willing to change my initial rating to all top stars, 10 stars to Jeff D' Ambrosio.
