The service dept. blew our truck tire when pulling onto a lift. They replaced our tire without verbal or written consent. When I called to inquire, after waiting all day for a return call, I was told the word cooper (my tire brand) was listed on my receipt (that was not itemized.) I had over 900$ worth of work done and have no idea if the tire price was included or not? Three of my tires are half the tread as the new tire, when I asked for another tire to match, they refused. When I offered to pay cost price for a second tire, they refused. More

When you get text and emails for your birthday that are not cheesy, with no expectation and just checkin in on you and your vehicle; When you refer family and friends you like to "your guy"; When you have not cheesy, with no expectation and just checkin in on you and your vehicle; When you refer family and friends you like to "your guy"; When you have an issue and you call "your guy" and before you arrive everything is set up, people are moving and shaking to accommodate you, drive you home and then pick you back up... thats customer service. Thats commitment to a long time customer. That's why we will only buy from Dave Baldwin forever and ever again. That and when we go in for a new jeep we are in AND out in less than 2 hours Beginning to end. I like it that way. More
DO NOT SERVICE HERE!!!!!! I am not one to write reviews, especially bad reviews because I understand that people have bad days and miscommunications happen, BUT I had the worst I am not one to write reviews, especially bad reviews because I understand that people have bad days and miscommunications happen, BUT I had the worst experience I have ever had at this dealership. I dropped my car off for a recall repair on a Thursday night to be serviced early Friday morning. I backed into an end spot directly in front of the building, and took my keys inside. It was around 630pm when I dropped it off so there were still several people in the building and I was able to hand my keys directly to a gentleman in the service department, Pete. He asked where I parked I told him and left. The next morning I had three missed calls and a voicemail by 845am, I answered the fourth time they called and was told "the recalled part is taken care of, however, your driver side window has a chip in it." I am a bit neurotic when it comes to my cars (I know every inch and scrape on it), so I was a bit confused but told him I will look at it when I come to pick it up thinking nothing more of it. Later that afternoon my husband drove me over to pick up my car, when I got there I wanted to check on the window to see if there really was a chip- only to pull up and find the window SHATTERED. Completely spider webbed, to the point if I were to have rolled down my window glass would have been falling out. Immediately I went to the service desk and asked to speak to a manager to get an idea on what could have happened. At this point I assumed maybe their landscape company had come by the night before and accidentally shot a rock at it causing it to split because it was obvious it was an external impact. As soon as I walked up to the service desk Pete came rushing out spewing about the timeline of the morning with all of these excessive details (it rained, it was like this when I pulled it in the bay, etc.) I kindly told him I understand and I simply wanted to talk to the service manager. The service manager, Jim, came out and I explained what had happened from my point of view- when I asked to see the footage he caught an attitude and said it would "take quite a while." I explained I had nothing but time and we simply needed to see what happened. He came back out not even 5 minutes later with my keys and the receipt and said "Our cameras do not work, we do not have any footage to review. Here are your keys and receipt they can check you out here." Completely blindsided I walked to where my car was parked to find two cameras that would CLEARLY have my car in their sight and quite frankly it did not sit well with me that at this 25 ACRE DEALERSHIP "none of the cameras work".... Sick to my stomach I walked inside and asked to speak to another manager- I was then connected with Dan D'Ambrosio, we sat in his office and he explained my car was "not parked in the correct area so there is no footage to show." He also said he was "leaving in two minutes, and I am taking my employees word over yours." At this point I was ready to punch someone! I did not bring my car like this, and between COVID and being 8 months pregnant I was not in a place to spend hundreds on a new window! I called the police and filed a report so that it was on record, left my keys with the service department and left. The police officer I worked with called me and told me he was "100% positive it happened there but without the footage options are limited." Sick to my stomach I called my dad who has done a lot of business with Jeff D'Ambrosio before. He called and was put in touch with a sales manager who said he would look into it. The following day my dad received a call from the sales manager who said "we can see on the footage that the window was shattered as of 730 this morning"... my dad pressed for them to look into what happened before 730, but they avoided and offered to "work something out." So I guess the cameras are not broken??? In the end they repaired it and charged me 130$ for the part. Beyond frustrated my husband paid and we went to pick it up, only to find it was parked all the way behind the building directly next to the damaged fenders and bumpers that were all tossed in a big pile. We passed about 12 open parking spots just to find it parked here so I am only to assume this was their final petty, gross move. Coming from a family of car fanatics I have never experienced anything like this at a dealership and I would not wish this experience on anyone. As I have shared this story with a few friends I had several tell me that they have either had a similar experience first hand or they have heard of something like this happening before at this very dealership. Absolutely disgusting. I know for a fact myself, my family and my friends will never be giving these guys business in the future and I will be sure to share this experience with anyone who considers going there. Avoid this place at all costs!! More

Yes I am aware of the issues going on with these vehicles and so is the service department even though they prefer to sweep them under the rug and pretend they never happened. Rough shifting and sometimes not shifting at all is an issue. What’s worse is the car shut itself off on its own when going into an intersection. All the service manager could do is say it needed a software update so should be fixed. Heard that lie fire from them before. When asked if it’ll happen again they just shrug their shoulders and was like well I don’t know maybe. Going into an intersection with no control of the vehicle is safe right? They don’t care about their customers safety or about them at all. Save yourself the hassle and go else where. DONT BUY OR HAVE YOUR SERVICE DONE HERE! More

Service is HORRIBLE I have bought my last 8 cars at Jeff's. Sales is not the issue - it is the Service Department. I don't have enough space to write about how incredibly awful the Service Department is in Downingtown. EVERY SINGLE time we go there, we have an issue. When we can, I take my Jeeps to Frazier to be serviced; I can't speak highly enough about Mike and Tony in Frazier (please don't confuse the Tony in Frazier with the Tony in Downingtown -- definitely 2 different people!!). Most recently, we had our Jeep Liberty inspected in Downingtown. They failed the Jeep, stating the RF Caliper was leaking and the Belt needed to be changed. We just bought the Jeep in Frazier in May. Downingtown said they had to fail the inspection (we had to PAY for the inspection, get it fixed in Frazier and then PAY for another inspection). SERIOUSLY??!! We called Mike in Frazier and he said to just pay for the inspection, bring it to them, they'd fix the Caliper and do the new inspection at no cost. Why couldn't Downingtown just take care of it and settle their books with Frazier? Why couldn't Downingtown shuttle it over to Frazier if it HAD to go to Frazier? Why couldn't Downingtown do SOMETHING helpful? On another note, Frazier said there was nothing wrong with the belt - we didn't need a new belt. When we called Downingtown to ask what exactly the problem was, we were told, "We don't remember and there are no notes". (It was literally one day later and no one could remember? Fishy.) Unfortunately, with having a Jeep, there are some things I have to do at Downingtown. I would much rather work with Mike and Tony at Frazier. They are stand-up, honest, helpful and guys with integrity. They always do good work and put the customer first; I can't say the same for Downingtown. Jeff would be very upset about this. More

All with very My primary review is for Jeff Ciardi, Service Adviser. We have two Chrysler mini vans and one Dodge mini van, all of the same vintage. All with very low mileage (26,000-34,000 miles). They are all in very good condition and have been well maintained. I have requested Jeff Ciardi to be my Service Adviser for each visit for each of these vehicles. Jeff has been accommodating, conscientious, and helpful and he does not try to miss lead you. In recent years, I have requested "Chops" to be my Service Technician because he has demonstrated a high degree of skill in diagnosing problems and repairing them correctly. In earlier years, when Richard Dehart was working as a Service Technician I requested him for the same reason. In his more recent capacity, he has continued to be very helpful to me and I appreciate that. Terry Gebhard More
