Downhill quick I was traveling from Wilmington to Downingtown for the dealership. I purchased two vehicles there. First experience was great, second experience not a I was traveling from Wilmington to Downingtown for the dealership. I purchased two vehicles there. First experience was great, second experience not as much which led me to purchase from a closer dealership. I continued with service for all vehicles. On the newer vehicle after a firmware update all my settings were gone and my trailer lights no longer work so they said they would check. Service told me the feature was not enabled and would need to have some sales code turned on. The price wasn’t much but the more I spoke to service the more they insisted I never had this setup. I was towing motorcycle and ATVs for a year and the only change was the firmware update. Instead of offering any explanation they kept insisting it was never active, which basically was calling me a liar. We purchase many vehicles (6 in the last 5 years). I will never set foot in that dealership or service center again. More
Customer Service My husband and I came to the auto service area because we had the low pressure tire light on. Scott Payne was the person that took care of us. He put air in our tires immediately, to get us on our way. He was so pleasant and accommodating. The next day my husband had to go back because the light was on again. Scott helped him and explained to him that there was 4 cars ahead of him, (it was a busy Saturday.) He kept my husband informed of his wait time and that we had a leaking stem, as soon as they found the problem. Scott, always greets you with a smile and is very helpful. He had reviewed my comments, checked out the problems and assured me that the problems would be corrected. He would buy a foot stool for van access, purchase some chairs for the waiting room lounge that shorter people (I'm 5ft 4in) ) could sit in without getting back pain and addressed a miscommunication about what time my car would be finished and ready. Good customer service is vital to all businesses, and I feel Jeff cares about his business and his customers. I am now willing to change my initial rating to all top stars, 10 stars to Jeff D' Ambrosio. More

Unethical Company Beware of this dealership! My wife took our 2011 Town and Country for emissions and inspection. We received a quote of over $1000 dollars to get thing Beware of this dealership! My wife took our 2011 Town and Country for emissions and inspection. We received a quote of over $1000 dollars to get things repaired to pass inspection. One item they included was the 3rd brake light in the rear. Quote was $220. I told my wife that’s a ridiculous price to pay for a bulb and told her that I would replace. So I did the work and new part still didn’t work. I decided to check the fuse box and suspiciously it was not securely closed. Checked the fuse for the rear brake light and it was missing. Guess where it was. Still on the fuse clip used to remove the fuse!!! xxx? I called furious and I get the run around from the manager Dan. Highly unethical company!!! I am also wondering if the other things that the mechanic quoted was a lie. More

Service Just had my 2014 Dodge Charger 5.7L in for some engine warranty work. The work was done efficiently and quickly. Jeff D'Ambrosio helped me personally get me into a loaner car. Pete the service writer kept me informed during the repair process. There were no surprises upon pick up. Over the years we have purchased several vehicles from D'Ambrosio and it has always been an excellent experience. Al Glass has delivered my last 2 vehicle purchases.
