From scheduling the appointment to getting the service done, all the personnel involved were courteous, caring, prompt, good at their job and most importantly made me feel as their most important customer, even though I was going there first time. They helped with the U'Connect setup free of cost as well as completed the service within the said time. Only thing I didnt like was they didnt provide me a secure WIFI (which they had), since my work laptop didnt allow to connect via unsecure WIFI. More

I just started to try and count the number of vehicles I actually bought here. I believe it has been 17. Kids, trucks and vehicles. I also was a member of the local Fire Department. Jeff personally is so involved with his neighbors. Their service department is top knotch. It the little things that keep me coming back. Very disappointed Oil change and tire rotation. Asked that tire inflation be done as pressure was low. When Jeep was done was told tires were inflated. Retrieved my Oil change and tire rotation. Asked that tire inflation be done as pressure was low. When Jeep was done was told tires were inflated. Retrieved my Jeep n checked it wasn't done. I drove back in and they told me it would reset automatically after driving for a bit. It never reset so i definitely feel deceived by this. Not the first time it's happened either. Wife is thinking of new Jeep will consider going to another dealership and to me that is very sad. More
Friday gone right I went to this dealer for my first time this morning. I had initially came in for their service dept due to an issue with the sunroof in my Jeep. While I was waiting I ventured to the sales area to get some info. The sales associate who helped me was everything a car salesman should be. He answered all of my questions, went out of his way to offer helpful input and was overall a friendly person. I felt kind of annoying talking his ear off with all my questions (and daily complaints about life) but he had all the answers and actually listened to what I had to say. More
Exceptional Service I took my Mitsubishi Montero in for a new alternator and brakes. I also requested that my tires be rotated, but they were honest enough to tell me a tire rotation was not necessary (some places would have done it just to make more money). The service I received was most courteous and professional, and they were able to save me hundreds of dollars with their specials. The next day, I received a follow-up phone call to confirm that my vehicle was running well and that there were no issues following my service appointment. I highly recommend JD Auto Group! More
Never D'Ambrosia D'Ambrosia has the worst service department!!! We took our less than 1 year old jeep in for a general maintenance appt. After holding the jeep hosta D'Ambrosia has the worst service department!!! We took our less than 1 year old jeep in for a general maintenance appt. After holding the jeep hostage for 7 hours for an oil change, they delivered it to us with a chipped paint spot off edge of the front hood. Then denied doing it!! I fought with the service manager who at the time said I'll give you $60. towards a new paint job!! I spoke to my salesman who agreed with us and said he would take care of it free of charge. But then the next day he called back to tell me that unfortunately he couldn't help me and told me to contact Jeff D'Ambrosia. I called Jeff D'Ambrosia 5 times, left messages and spoke to his secretary!! Jeff D'Ambrosia never returned my call !! I also took my 2016 Jeep Wrangler to several auto body shops for there opinions and got same answer from all of them. It was service dept. that caused the damage to hood. I now take my jeep wrangler to VIDEON Jeep service dept. and will also be purchasing my 2nd jeep from them this fall for my other daughter!! Do Not Go To D'Ambrosia Jeep!!!!! More

I also have to thank Joe D'Ambrosio for taking time to talk to me while there were many questions after the diesel engine scandal was uncovered, before details of the buyback were released. Overall I've been very happy with the service I get from Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group. I have now purchased both of my vehicles from them. More
