There is nothing these folks won't do to make sure we are happy and we have everything we need. I wish every business had a staff as kind, as attentive and as authentic as the folks here, in every aspect of the dealership. The staff in the service department are worth their weight in gold. I wish the staff in every other business I need to use (supermarket, department store, salon, dry cleaner, day care) were even half as kind, as professional, as happy as as helpful. More
Be warned! Do not go to the service department! They are not helpful! I have been 3 times for the same issue and now they are claiming it is out of warranty. Do not go to the service department! Chris Donze was the business manager and financial advisor to me and he was very thorough with all the questions I asked. Chris and Reed Jacques stayed late when they could have been home just so I could get my car that night. I really appreciate all the time Jeff D' Ambrosia dealership spent with me and all the things they did for me. I had my little girl with me, so it wasn't the most exciting thing for her to be entertained by... but everyone in the dealership went out of their way to make her feel extra special, whether it was a balloon or a high five. $1000 FOR A GPS THAT DOES NOT WORK I bought a VW jetta with navigation which cost an extra $800.00. It was outdated when purchased. I spoke with the service department who told me the I bought a VW jetta with navigation which cost an extra $800.00. It was outdated when purchased. I spoke with the service department who told me they could install an update. When I decided to bring the car in for the update, I was told that I needed to order it from HERE and install it myself even though the car was still under warranty. They should have been honest from the beginning. It was a waste of my time and also misleading. Do not make promises to customers that you do not intend to keep. This is the second time I brought the car in for a problem and the second time they did not want to correct the problem. The last time it was the seat belt alarm staying on. I was told that it was because my purse was on the passenger seat. That was also misinformation. I had to argue to get that repaired. More
